Steps

Place a padded arm curl bench in front of a cable machine.

Attach a short bar to the bottom pulley. Rest your arms against the bench and extend them fully.

With a narrow grip (6 inches) grasp the bar underhand (palms facing up) and pull it towards your head.

Pause for a moment and then lower the bar back to starting position.

Grasp the bar underhand (palms facing up) shoulder width apart.

Picking up the bar, rest your arms against the bench and extend them fully. Keeping your arms on the bench at all times, curl the bar up towards your head.

Pause for a moment and then lower the bar back to starting position.

Steps

Adjust the seat of the bench so your arms are level with the top of the bench. Grasp a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand (palms facing up) grip.

Picking up the dumbbells, rest your arms against the bench and extend them fully towards the floor.

Keeping your arms on the bench at all times, curl the weight up towards your head.

Pause for a moment and then lower the weights back to starting position.
